Payment

We accept debit and credit cards, as well as direct bank transfers. Please note that all orders require payment before delivery.

All deliveries outside Lagos are handled by a third-party logistics partner (GIG Logistics) and typically take 3–5 working days. You can track your order using the GIG waybill number provided.
For deliveries within Lagos, we use Bolt or Uber App for dispatch. You'll receive tracking updates through the respective app.
In all cases, the tracking link will be sent to your phone number via both SMS and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

No, we currently do not support alternative payment methods. That’s why we’ve provided two convenient options: Paystack (for card payments) and direct bank transfer to our store account.

We offer three main shipping methods:
Outside Lagos: Nationwide delivery via GIG Logistics, which typically takes 3–5 working days.
Within Lagos: Same-day or next-day delivery using Uber dispatch service.
Store Pickup (Lagos only): You can also choose to pick up your order at any of our physical store locations.

Once your order is confirmed, a tracking link will be sent to your phone via SMS and WhatsApp.

Note: Customers are responsible for the delivery fee, which will be communicated before dispatch.

Orders & Returns

Placing an order is easy:

  1. Browse our website and select your preferred items.

  2. Choose your size and click “Add to Cart.”

  3. Go to your cart and click “Checkout.”

  4. Enter your shipping details and select your payment method (Paystack or direct transfer).

  5. Confirm your order — You will receive a confirmation message and tracking details once your order is processed.

You can also message us on WhatsApp if you need help placing your order manually.

To cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we will do our best to update or cancel it based on your request.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations or changes may no longer be possible.

For urgent requests, kindly reach out via WhatsApp or call using the contact details on our website.

No. You do not need an account to place an order. However, creating one makes shopping easier, faster checkout, updates on new arrivals and access to exclusive gift offers.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
If the product is in its original condition — unused, undamaged, and without stains — you may request a return.

Please note:
We do not accept returns for items that are stained or damaged in any way.
The customer is responsible for all return logistics and delivery fees.

To initiate a return, kindly contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your order.
